experiencing some insane chest pain right on my heart after my last workout. idk what it is. but i cant go to the dr right now cuz of a prior arrangement thats really important.

so if i dont come back online tmrw, you know what happened.

You might be having a panic attack aswell, but it’s not normally straight to chest pain like that, but that is a symptom so take it easy

Brutal dude. Call l3 ambulance if it doesnt dissappear. I remember I had some brutal chest pain it felt like spikes or some shit and it was all accross my chest but lasted like a second. I remember I was wagecucking and da shit job in a greenhouse and my heart somehow felt weird or it "hurt" idk but felt heavy for like 2-3 mins ngl that was brutal but that was my heart only, not da chest.
