No to be shredded you have to have the opposite type of disorder where it’s hard to make yourself eatwell thats basically a eating disorder but u gotta have one to be shredded so keep going cuh

It works completely differently, by the end of the caffeine effect your blood sugar drops, your body needs to fill up with sugar or you will shake and your heart beat will be fast, over a period of time or until you will increase sugar, and the easiest way to raise your sugar = start eating, so you start to get hungry because of thisYes I’m chugging 0 sugar monsters
Unfortunately they are high sodium which is affecting my water retention and since I have to loose weight fast, cutting my water retention is probably my best bet

i know a guy that did that, he was fat and starvemaxxed to like 8-9% then started smoking cigs and now he lives on like 1.5-2k cals no problemsYea but I need to reverse this one and develop the other one

There are different types of eating disorders, eating too much and not wanting to eat at alled is when you eat food and you vomit it all out because you are insecure also seen as self harm
