You could get a nordic looking foid with a lot more ease in russia. Moscow would be your best bet as the closer you are to Finland the higher the blond %, so a large city like the would have better odds.

I think its exaggerated tbh , they don't age that well like most east European men due to excess drinking and balding but the ones that would drink in moderation and retain their hair look like any old white guy maybe a bit less.
