Germanic build vs Fat

The Germanic build is a very broad and robust build typical among Southern Germans. However, one can be Germanic build and fat, but they aren't synononmous. It's the equivalent of "I have curves!" When some fat lady with rolls is saying this, she doesn't have curves. At least not at that point.
