If you brag about height you are taller, if you brag about being rich you have more money etc

High IQ on a test would correlate with a better performance on some jobs given they aren't lazy

Yes tbh, the goal is to perform better at a job

You are not outshining your boss, you are there to perform tasks
What I think can happen is that posting your IQ will show you have an ego and that might offset the benefit of showing you can perform better (higher IQ)

Performance is the main issue. Doesn't require a high IQ. Just a familiarity with your function in a specific role.

I my experience bosses value obedience over everything else. Even at the cost of innovation.

This would only help in very limited jobs. Like if you wanted to work for Elon Musk or whatever. In 99% of positions though I believe it would go against a person's interests.
