As like what mostly models do before their photoshoot by basically dehydrating their body with a Keto Diet
Just take an example of Jordan -
on a normal day
during photoshoot -
The Keto Diet Is As Follow -
Results are temporary but it’s worthy
Only Protein, Veggies and Fats are allowed.
MONDAY TO TUESDAY -
-High salt, High Water (Example- 10g salt and 7 lt water), might need to visit bathroom frequently
WEDNESDAY -
- Reduce the salt amount to 3/4th of what you are having on Monday/Tuesday and reduce water by 1 liter (Example- Salt 8g, water 6 lt)
THURSDAY
- Reduce your salt to half of what you were having on Monday /Tuesday & reduce water further by 1 lt (Example- salt 5g, water 5 lt)
FRIDAY
- Reduce salt to half of what you are having on Thrusday, water to 3 liter ( Example salt 2.5g, water 3 lt)
SATURDAY (FINAL DAY)
- No Salt Allowed , Only Water Sips till evening or
- Can start to have Carbs like Rice, potato. Avoid Sugar
- Can start to have salt 1 hour before your party or event or photoshoot
