Things you will gain:
Money, friends, social skills, accountability (that school doesn't provide. You won't get fired for shitty grades but you will for shitty work ethics), not rotting, forced into talking to girls.
The downside:
Maybe shitty boss and lose out on some parties because of work.

I don't regret a single part time job I had while studying.
I truly appreciate how they shaped me and the people I got to know along the way more than the income.
