In this guide, i will rank each and every known method to get better skin

// In my opinion //
Lets start with natural stuff

1. Clean diet: Not eating UPFs, toxins and toxic chemicals, alot of macros and micros that are highly absorbable, AAs, no A1 dairy, not eating shit ton of carbs etc. etc. you get it.

7/10 - This is very good and works, i rated a 7 because compared to other ways, this is not that effective, takes alot of time

2. Enviroment: Avoiding artificial blue light, getting sun, grounding, avoiding EMFs, sleep, low cortisol(buzzword) etc. you get it

7/10 - Same as reasoning as 1., 1 and 2 work together well tho, no downsides, free

Moving onto artificial stuff

3. Basic normie skincare:
Cleanser, moisturizer, some serums, HA, SA, toner, just bunch of things

4/10 - Very shitty, pure copium, only thing that can work is the SA, just expensive, putting bunch of shitty chemicals on your face

4. Retinoids: Forms of vitamin A, products that ACTUALLY work, can dry out skin, things suchs as retinol, tretinoin, and imo the best one is tazarotene

9</10 - somewhat costly, but it works so worth it

5. Accutane(isotretinoin): Obviously the best thing there is, its very toxic for the body, but we arent discussing this, we are talking about effectivness for better skin, and this is the most effective. Only downside i can think of is needing a prescription but still easy to get

10/10

6. GHK-Cu: Very popular and mainstream peptide, from what i heard, its very ineffective against acne, but its not supposed to clear acne, its suppose to just enchance skin(more collagen, elastin, etc.), im gonna personally try this, cuz why not. It works but very long time to see slight improvements, there are better peptides out there.

5-6/10 - Cheap af, if you are looking for slightly enchanced, tighter, smoother skin, just get it

7. KPV: Better, more expensive version of GHK-Cu, its just noticably better from anectodal evidence. You can also get GLOW or KLOW, which is all the peptides for better skin combined, its just expensive as fuck

7-8/10

I think i covered every well known thing, this guide is mainly for new people, very low effort and iq

Natural ways work decently, skincare is shit, peptides work decently, accutane is best

diet did more for me than ghk cu did at all, i got it, and after 3/4 months of using, it did fuckall. Taking a collagen supplment (margine collagen pills) did so much more for my skin, made it less red, actually helped wth acne, got rid of the old pigmentation of the leftover damaged acne scar. Im gonna personally use accutane soon as although the collagen supplement and all that worked, i keep on regaining pigmentation and scaring and wtv (which is why i used ghk-cu).
