This is my current plan to fix my maxilla while im still growing and puberty years. (im 15 3/4)
A bone-anchored facemask (BAFM) is a modern alternative to traditional reverse-pull headgear for maxillary protraction. Instead of using external straps, it relies on skeletal anchorage via mini-plates or screws placed in the upper jaw.
This method will be used combined with a modified facepuller, that instead of using the chin as a point of support, it will use your chest, so instead of pushing your mandible back, your mandible will grow accordingly with your maxilla.
This shit will make your side look like jordan barret, this is the ultimate looksmax for recessed cels, this might even work when your older than a teenager (will need mse) even if you are a teenager you will probably need mse to make your sutures delay fusing.
THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE
