While looking at B/A photos of surgeries, I noticed a pattern—most men tend to get work done in their 30s, 40s, or even 50s. It’s pretty rare to see guys in their early or mid-20s getting surgery. But honestly, that seems backwards.

Why wait until you're past your prime? Getting something like a canthoplasty and fat grafting in your early 20s can completely transform your appearance—taking you from for example LTN to MTN or even HTN. The impact on your social and dating life at that age is massive.

But if you do the same surgeries in your 40s, no one really cares. Your SMV is already on the decline by then. That’s why, if you're open to surgery, it makes way more sense to do it early. Maximize your prime years. No one bats an eye at a 37- or 45-year-old getting a nose job or facial tweaks—but a 24-year-old getting a life-changing upgrade? That can genuinely shift the trajectory of your life.

In an ideal world you are not wrong…but most people aren’t “waiting until they are past their prime”, they simply cannot afford it in their prime.

Hard to afford tons of surgery and travel and hotels in early to mid 20s for majority of people.

i know what you mean but putting aside 3-4k for a rhino in turkey is something anyone can do by 23+ or a fat graft etc. i can only see invasive stuff like Lefort 1 - 3 and so on not working when ur still in 20s

Just take a loan or ask your family and pay them back when you have the money so you dont waste any time looking ugly

Take out a personal loan.

I don't see it as accumulating debt.

I see it as using one form of debt to pay off another form of debt, like when people take out a 15% APR personal loan to pay off a 29% APR credit card.

Facial debt is a form of debt. It is a form of congenital debt and it has like 300% APR.

It's an extraordinarily good investment.

Or just don’t get surgery at all then. It’s a scam that won’t work.

Just live your prime best you can. When prime is over it’s too late anyway.

Or have a limited time for all to be done (savings plus surgery and recovery say 2 years max)

I don’t recommend tbh.

2 years recovery? You want to get 3 LLs in a row?

A little reminder that you should work for that, how isn’t that fucking obvious.
that’s 2 years all inclusive. Savings and recovery.
I honestly worry about some of you taking serious decisions…

Saving what? Like you don’t have to work normally.
Just get a second job for a few months depending on your plan and get everything done.
I don’t see any problems in spending time chasing your goals.

how big is your nose directly after the rhino ? wanna get one too for the same cause and straightening because it got broken when i was younger, did the swelling make it bigger than it initially was at first or no? cause people say it takes up to 1 year to completely swell down and most swelling goes down in the first 2 - 3 months

Yes the first month it was bad for me now I'm around 7 weeks in and swelling went down quite a bit but you usually see visible results at 2-3 months and the final results usually take around 9-12 months but around month 6 like 85-90% of the swelling is gone so you will be fine

for most people its a money thing, the average person in their teens or twenties doesn't have 5-20k to spend on aesthetic surgeries jfl

using jfl when its ur first post is funny XD the average person can start working part time starting 16 and full time with about 17 - 20 depending on what school degree you want to get. it is 100% possible to get atleast 10k by the age of 22 for sugery IF you live in a 1st world country, stop coping

bimax costs around 10k in india and about 20k in us and uk.

not everyone looks average, some of us are genuinely hideous and no-one lets us live normally sybau

can you guide me for bimax loans in india?
if you are 18+ and have some collat or any sort of consistent income, then you can surely file for a personal loan from a bank tho they will ask you a lot of questions etc and the interest rates would be a bit higher but you will get it fo sho, also only do it india if you arent able to around 50k usd by 25.
