Blood too precious to spill over such trivial matters.

Height, weight, BMI ... your gym should have tools to measure each.

bmi is useless really, you could be in a healthy bmi but be skinny fat with a high percent kinda like me rn, plus bmi doesnt really take in frame/build etc. try and get bf estimate in a dexa scan if you really want to test ur bf percent
