Bro split is the worst split by farBro split now
Nah. It’s created some great physiques. The best split is the one you progress on across the board, and feel 100% recovered for when you go to the gym. When i did full body, my progression for stuff at the end of my routine like curls would be stalled because I’d be doing squats, rows, bench, etc, etc before it, and I could never just go straight to failure because then I couldn’t perform when I had to do the same thing again next workout, it felt like shit, i made no progress on half my lifts, and would die by the end of each month from fatigue. It’s an ass split for people who actually try and go to failure and do enough volume to grow. Now that i’m brosplitting, lifts are going up across the board, the pump is insane, and I am excited to get into the gym each day, even leg day. There’s a lot more to a workout routine than what’s most optimal on paper. If you can tolerate fullbody routines and they’ve given you results, stick with it, but it ain’t for meBro split is the worst split by far
