I changed a little bit in like 2 months but i still think i need something more can yall recomend me to get to like a MTN - HTN level?

Mirin the hair. You have HTN potential for sure.
What’s lacking rn is better skincare, getting lean, debloating, and a better frame (lift)
Most of the shit is self explanatory but debloating isnt
Firstly avoid all sugar and processed foods. Prioritize protein, and drink water often. If you wanna look good for an event don’t eat, drink coffee, and prioritize potassium the day before.


Don’t be debloated all the time because your gonna feel like shit.

Main priorities
1. Fix skin (better diet and skincare)
2. Get leaner
3. Lift and prioritize delts
4. Debloat after all is done or when you wanna feel confident

Good work bro solid, you’ve made a good amount of progress since base photo. You’re currently more than qualified to get girls if that’s what you want, it’s just a matter of confidence and game.
