Getting bimax + genioplasty in 11 days

I'm getting bimax surgery performed by a private Jawsurgeon in Germany (Dr Dr Kater, Frankfurt am Main) in 11 days. He's rather doing more conservative movements, but most his patients are people with functional problems at 20 - 30 years. I'm 17 and in a form about the surgery i said 5/5 on aesthetics, mst of his patients say they only want a functional bimax and still get a decent glowup. I'll tell him to "make my chin more masculine and not underprojected), but still Dr Kater isn't one of the big names as far as looks are concerned:
Do yall think i'll still get a big ascension through him or will it be rather underwhelming? I think he'll move both jaws around 5mm, he'll do a very slight CCW Rotation and maybe 6mm sagittal and 2mm vertical movement on the chin.
