Getting bimax in 4 weeks

I've already posted much about it, but i'm getting bimax at 17 in 4 weeks (proof in the 4th pic). I think it'll ascend my sideprofil pretty good, but i'm not sure if i should get CCW or CW and if my surgeon is the right choice. I'm getting it by Dr. Dr. Kater from Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and it'll cost 14K€. He's one of the best surgeons in terms of functional bimax surgerys, but many people say, that he is rather conservative with big movements. I want a crazy ascension (high risk, high reward) but I don't know what to tell him next week (i'm planning the surgery next week with him).

how did you manage to afford all this?Did you convince your parents to pay for it?

Bimax at 17? damn didnt know you could get plastic surgery under 18 I need to look into it
