Getting bimax Surgery at 18 y/o help me

Im recessed and im getting a bimax surgery, are there any specific questions or stuff to tell the Doctor? I obviously want to be good looking, so maybe some special request that would help me to ascend.
btw im located in germany so make it realistic we have some laws

Ask them how many times they perform the surgery per year, what maximum advancements they will do & what aftercare there is.
