Getting cortisone/lidocaine tmj injections

Fell for the chewing meme a while back and developed severe tmj, my tmj specialist wants to inject lidocaine/cortisone under my right temple he says it’ll reduce the puffy ness and make my face appear even more chiseled, do I go through with this or is he jewing me for money?

I have one and i sleep with it, it reduce the pain by 90% during the day.
The cortisol/lido is temporary.

We literally have the same problem, left side of my face is sharp while the right side is fucking bloated and looks round

I have stopped chewing gum to atrophy my masseters, I think that might be causing the assymetry

No I am low body fat the reason it didn’t work out is because my masseters insertions aren’t good enough the only real difference I see is in my zygos
