Abstaining from drugs = feel more emotions, which is bad because the only feeling that's possible to feel is hate given how rotten and worthless everyone has been. Perhaps it would be better to not feel emotions at all like a psychopath, but you can't chose that.

I'm not referring to this, it's a different control of one's emotionality (some have no emotions, it's a generalisation to draw a diversity between main and sub-category).
You are right, and that's why I advise against acting as a 'dark triad', also because having strongly narcissistic traits is not a main characteristic of all psychopaths.

I know you understand, sorry for being rude. What diagnosed psychopath and malignant narcissist Sam Vaknin says is that narcissists and psychopaths have negative emotions only. I always thought that was weird because surely they can experience joy too, which is a positive emotion. He has a lot of credentials in the field of psychology thought, so I don't really know what to believe.
