Getting genioplasty in the middle of october, and maybe infra too

Hello, i saved money by working in summer, i will be getting genioplasty for sure in somewhere middle of october. Friday im getting into mri etc some tests. I didnt believe that he would infra implants too so i didnt asked him before but today i did and he does, he does to a price that i can afford. Im not sure about getting infras because even tho i dont like under my eyes even tho its hallow and looks ugly it doesnt seem to worth it when i get implants. Like not kinda sure if its worth it. I totally trust to doc, he does titanium and peek, he says he got 2-3 cases, someone who got infras in my country had bad experience but this is a different doctor. Also for genioplasty what do u guys recommend about planning part, what things should i be careful about, thank you.

Infra implants are 99% not necessary, most people dont have negative orbital vector jfl

i dont believe anybkdy downgrown become forward grown, nor bimax or any surgery can make u forward grown i think. it just doesnt work when i look at peoole who got bimax, doesnt give the thing u expect for

i wld go for bimax ur entire middle and lower third is recessed. bimax with the right surgeon could advance u a ton and improve ur face shape. genio wld only disguise chin recession but ur whole face needs advancement def bimax. i wld also get fat grafts for eyelids. down the years if u follow through with fat grafts i advise maybe looking into implants for infras as many times the fat begins to droop/sag due to poor bone support under the eyes. with more support from infra implants this will prevent this from happening and it’ll overall j look better. it’s j hard to come by a good surgeon who won’t botch ur infras but if done well it’s a godsend.

i really cant see the recessed middle thing, the part that i cant see is the difference. idk man, like is there a version of a same person with recessed middle and non recessed so i can see the difference
