Getting lean and debloating are different things so can I get lean and debloat after?

I know that in order to debloat properly to achieve a look where my skin is tight with the desired hollow cheeks I gotta cut out sugar, carbs and salt… that’s the main thing to
debloat.

But would it work that whilst I’m still in a caloric deficit I eat whatever whilst getting leaner and losing weight/ fat and then the moment I decide I wanna debloat to achieve hollow cheeks let’s say I can do that or in order to achieve this do I have to always practice cutting out carbs and all the other stuff to see the change in my face as I’m not sure if it’s a gradual thing?

Basically I’m asking would it be possible to debloat like that in a day to a week at the right body fat %

drop sodium to <1g/day for 48hr

chug 2 gallons water day 1

cut to 0.5L day 2

eliminate all carbs last 24hr

pop some dandelion root if you're extra

congrats you'll look like a dehydrated victorian child for exactly 18 hours. then you'll bloat back to normal because this isnt actual leanness.

real pros get lean first THEN do this for special occasions. chasing the dehydrated look at 15% bodyfat is cope.

Break this down better. Say I’m already lean which I kinda am I would just have to drink shit tons of water?

Okay so what’s the better option… in simple terms

if you're actually lean (sub 12% bf, veins in lower abs):

waterload 2 gallons day 1 (flushes excess sodium)

day 2: drop to 0.5L water, zero carbs, no salt

wake up day 3 looking like a hunger games tribute

if you're not actually lean (can't see lower abs):

shut the fuck up about water manipulation

get on a real cut for 12+ weeks

come back when you're actually shredded

this isn't complicated.

if u dont have the basic discipline of being at a good weight then u dont deserve to be lean, after that u can do all the gua sha lymphic drainage u want

But my question was more diet oriented, for example can u eat whatever and get leaner as long as in deficit and losing fat

eat trash in a deficit? sure, lose weight. but you’ll look like a deflated balloon - soft, bloated, zero cheekbones.

real leanness needs clean eating. processed crap = insulin spikes + sodium bloat.

debloating tricks (water/sodium/carbs) only work if you’re already shredded (abs visible, veins popping).

your move is to cut properly - 12+ weeks, whole foods, low sodium.

hit sub-12% bf - then water manipulate for 48hrs to carve hollows.
