I know that in order to debloat properly to achieve a look where my skin is tight with the desired hollow cheeks I gotta cut out sugar, carbs and salt… that’s the main thing to
debloat.
But would it work that whilst I’m still in a caloric deficit I eat whatever whilst getting leaner and losing weight/ fat and then the moment I decide I wanna debloat to achieve hollow cheeks let’s say I can do that or in order to achieve this do I have to always practice cutting out carbs and all the other stuff to see the change in my face as I’m not sure if it’s a gradual thing?
Basically I’m asking would it be possible to debloat like that in a day to a week at the right body fat %
