I wouldn't call you gl either but you are above average for sure.
Train 6 days a week
Hit each body part 2 times a week( ideally after every 72 hours)
Eat 5 protein rich small meals everyday. First meal should be right after you wake up(ideally a fast digesting one) and last meal should be before going to bed(slow digesting protein)
Time under tension per set should be 45-60 seconds and rests should be 2:30-3 minutes.
Last set should be of very high intensity.(go all in)
Slowly progressively overload (you can keep a track of all your lifts)
Do look little bit chubby(15-20% bf) so can incorporate cardio( not more than 30 minutes after your workouts)
Lean Bulk on 300 calories
Sleep 8 hours and drink 2-4 litres water everyday. Your muscles need hydration.
Don't forget to work on your neck.
