You guys are good looking so you should work on your hypertrophy.

I on the other hand cope with strength.

Ever since I accepted my fate(that i'm ugly as shit) I feel like a changed man. It's a good feeling.

I am not gl lol. Im training at home recentlyand i dont consider myself a gymcel

Well I saw your pics.
I wouldn't call you gl either but you are above average for sure.

Train 6 days a week

Hit each body part 2 times a week( ideally after every 72 hours)

Eat 5 protein rich small meals everyday. First meal should be right after you wake up(ideally a fast digesting one) and last meal should be before going to bed(slow digesting protein)

Time under tension per set should be 45-60 seconds and rests should be 2:30-3 minutes.

Last set should be of very high intensity.(go all in)

Slowly progressively overload (you can keep a track of all your lifts)

Do look little bit chubby(15-20% bf) so can incorporate cardio( not more than 30 minutes after your workouts)

Lean Bulk on 300 calories

Sleep 8 hours and drink 2-4 litres water everyday. Your muscles need hydration.

Don't forget to work on your neck.

Ok man, rn i work physicly so it would be hard to aply, thanks for advise. I will workout for the time casualy for that month, i enjoy getting oumped tbh. I also want to cut to get that fat from hips away and see my full frame

Your structure is good. Wide shoulders + narrow waist = aesthetic
