check thyroid if you're feeling tired boyo. If you can afford full blood tests do them too

tired? usually gooning is the reason
besides that don't go full hypochondriac lmao

other than total test you should check:
free test + SHBG (total alone is kinda useless)
CBC (anemia = tired as hell)
CMP (liver/kidney basics)
TSH + free T4 ( this is for ur thyroid which can be huge for fatigue)
vitamin D if u care (everyone's low on this)
iron / ferritin especially if you feel weak

99% of times you feel tired because of things like shit sleep, shit diet, stress etc,.
labs just confirm you're normal so you can stop doomposting :D

thing is, i don't goon. i sleep 8 hours and i eat well. ive also been having calf cramps and ive heard that's from magnesium defficiency. last time i had my blood work done i remember my vitamin D being low:hnghn:

alright well that's a bit more insightful

calf cramps and prior low vitamin D points much more towards electrolyte / micronutrient issues than hormones and mystery fatigue

Most likely causes:

1. Magnesium deficiency = classic symptoms are calf cramps, night cramps or twitching
blood magnesium often times is "normal" even when intracellular Mg is low so labs can miss this
Stress + training + low vitamin D = higher Mg demand bhai

2. Low vitamin D (again)
Low d can promote impaired calcium handling then come muscle cramps + fatigue
also this worsens testosterone signaling and recovery even if ur levels are "normal"

3. Potassium / Sodium imbalance
if u drink a lot of water, train, eat "clean" but low salt, cramps happen
salt doesn't always mean bad but imo it is kinda

On ur labs check these if u get them
25-OH Vitamin D
Serum magnesium (usually imperfect but still useful)
Calcium
Potassium + Sodium
Ferritin / iron (still worth ruling out)

This does not sound like low test, adrenal fatigue or some rare disease

Your body is a chemical lab table on guh on guh.

Try magnesium glycinate or taurate: 300-400 mg elemental daily IF YOU WANT
Vitamin D3: 2000-4000 IU daily (with fat too)
Potassium from food is important (fruit and dairy)

NEVER MEGADOSE SUPPLEMENTS

Other than that idk how much u train or caffeine intake but it could be something to do with those.

Next time put it here so I can get my solution for being a smart nigger :heart:
