I used to hit 10k steps easily when I was in school since I walked to school and back and walked to the gym and back.

Now that I’m unemployed it’s so fucking hard to even hit 5k.

Like I gotta walk without a destination for 2 hours to hit my goal? Seems so hard for me.

It’s very fun but u need to wake up at 3am and im lucky with that time most jobs are even worse than that my colleague starts at 1am before he had a job working 10 hours a day from 2pm-12 :feelswat:

Just get a treadmill and use it when working, playing video games, watching tv, etc...

Depending on where you live, utilize safe areas. If you're in the sticks, drive to a park or something and walk there. Or get a treadmill. They don't cost much or unless you need the top of the line shit, then sucks to be you. Make good with what you have and can afford.

Also, exercise produces steps. Squats, walking in place, stretching, weight lifting, yadda yadda.

I usually drive do a park, and walk in a circle, but it’s kinda boring

No forests here unfortunately
Absolutely over. How can a country that supposedly cares for it citizens have no forests and nature? No wonder why there are so many sub5 people in the world today.

Change it up. There are other parks. There are also tourist areas, rivers, Downtowns, etc.
