Reflex Hyperandrogenicty isn’t a real thing, it’s just people who are sensitive to scalp T which increases after using 5ARi.

RU solves all problems and basically leaves your scalp androgen free. One of the best things i’ve taken. I recovered hair when I added it in while on Test.

I think everyone should use Test tbh considering it’s almost rare to find someone not on it. Not using it is just disadvantageous.

Chicken breast. I can’t be fucked with some 300-500 calorie deficit. Just don’t fucking eat for a short period and be done.
