I mean for me it was, I used to dream about my oneitis for months lmao. When i improved my looks it stopped. Im even friends with her now and dont think of her like that at all.
Improving looks is a long process its over for me if its gonna continue like that im roping before i actually improve

Tbh im not even incel because im ugly but because im not NT, 2 days ago i met 2 of my friends. We randomly met a foid friend of one of my friends outside and i was just staring at the ground awkwardly. She complimented me and i just said thanks and lowered my view again.
If youre aware of it then youre not autistic just low confidence. Improving your looks would also fix that but im not good with the confidence and self view shit. Would be a waste to kill yourself if you arent even ugly just shy.
