There comes a point where I begin hearing noises, flashing lights, it's scary
It's like I'm entering a tunnel
Then, it's like a dream
(BRIEF SUMMARIZED GUIDE)
STEP 1: BINAURAL BEAT
What this does is align your left and right hemispheres by playing slightly different frequencies in both ears and forcing your brain to put them together
And thus, puts the left and right brain together, which is what happens during sleep
This is my most used one:
STEP 2: You don't have to empty your mind
now I did some wacky wavy Inflatible shit
I imagined a 3rd eye on my forehead and visualized ripping it open
This is heavy, it's not actually reccomended, and forcing it like this can cause scary things to happen
I'm not fucking with you
However, I want to get some people into it, so something is better than nothing, suspend your disbelief and use this strategy to begin, if you experience a fearful sensation, then mediation will no longer be boring silence, it will be a challenge, which is good
PART 3: GETTING OVER IT
Now part 2 will likely be genuinely terrifying, atleast it was for me
So you need to get used to it, now, it is simply noise, feedback
When I hear that sound, I think to myself "I'm in
"
So embrace it, I didn't expect it at first
But you are expecting it, I've told you to, so you could power through even if it's your first time
PART 4: THE DREAM STATE
due to the nature of the activity, it's extrmely easy to fall asleep, this I still haven't mastered
I will have sex dreams, so vivid I've literally busted on my own stomach, a full load
Not kidding once again
and it would occur within 1-2 hours, not long enough for REM sleep to occur naturally
So it is a self imposed dream state
You need to become proficient at entering it to then be capable of lucid dreaming, im still not mastered this
afterwards, you can plan scenarios in your head, face your fears, and translate these skills to your waking day
Additionally you can astral project (this is real, government literally declassified it don't be low IQ )
Part 5: JUNGIAN SELF ANALYSIS, HEAL TRAUMA
Whenever you experience something traumatic, there is a logical component, and a subconscious component
you can access your subconscious mind when you become proficient at my style of meditation
you already do this in sleep, but it's not intentioned
ever heard, "everyone in the dream is just you"
it's accurate, so when applied to this strategy, you can literally identify the bitch in your blood, and ask him why he's such a pussy
this will take you atleast a few weeks, some are naturally more inclined than others
and you adhd zoomers will all struggle with this shit
now once again I'm stuck on part 4, I can't do this, it's amongst my goals
PART 6: EXTRA
Here is my own personal progression
Attempt #1 I imagined a 3rd eye on my forehead, imagined ripping it open
And within minutes i was stuck by fear and anxiety, waves of sensation which I was not prepared for
1 wave scared me and I opened my eyes
Attempt 2:
I did it again, and once again was struck by fear when a wave of sound and emotion befell me
However I kept going, it got more intense, after 3 progressively more intense waves, I got scared and opened my eyes again
Following this, I got used to it, i researched Rudolph steiner and found this was actually very common and to be expected,
I kept going, I've done probably 40 hours maybe 60 hours of meditation since then, and It's not scary anymore
You may see colors, or psychedelic patterns, but for me it is just vibrational noises and intensity, I don't see anything
Additionally, you may have your body fight back
I get relentless uncontrollable itchiness on my legs, the soles of my feet
And almost irresistible urge to scratch the itch, this Is also typical, it's your body trying to maintain its control and your conscious mind trying to retain itself instead of slipping into unconsciousness
Do not itch, do not move, ignore it
Or better yet, embrace it and use it as a measure of progress
"I'm almost there, that only happens when it's working, very good"
That's what I think now, it used to enrage me, it used to be super annoying, but now I understand it's part of the game and you must power through
