gh bloat…?help?

I am bloated out of this fucking world, hurts every fucking day to look in the mirror our look at my phone and see my face. I am trying to gain muscle off the gh. But am worried if I take a diuretic I will lose a lot of water and weight and shit. Will someone clear this up and help me. What does a diuretic actually do?
