Is GH cope for height? It's over for me but I'm thinking about saving my brother. I'm not even 5'8" and growth plates are closed, nothing I can really do about it. But my brother is 13 and I'm wondering if he has to be doomed to being short as well. What are the best ways to help him get taller? I assume eat a lot, good nutrition, good sleep, and the other obvious things. If GH isn't cope, how many iu's a day, and how much would he grow from it?

Do your own research.
Stop asking to be spoonfed information.
If you're not competent enough to do that, then you shouldn't be considering this shit.
Either ask valuable questions, lurk, or GTFO the forum.

Yes it is. It is a huge marketing scheme. Height is 90% genetic. No peptide will fix this, just puberty.

Not cope if your growth plates are still open. That being said genetics play the biggest role and if your dads 5’8 your not going to see 6’0 from taking Hgh.

It’s not cope in a medical context, but it’s not something to mess with either. I was on GH due to a diagnosed pituitary issue, and everything was prescribed and monitored by pediatric endocrinologists. Dosage wasn’t fixed — it was adjusted based on blood work and growth response. It helped me, but that’s very different from using GH without a medical indication. I did go from 4'10 to 5'7 (sadly not more beacuse my growth plates closed), but i wouldn't advise getting GH without absolute safety as i meet a guy that got a wrong therapy that ended up causing him not to grow but to develop diabetes, so a wrong therapy is risky but it can help with the height if given correctly and growth plates still open.
