Is there any alternative to PBS to reconstitute it in? Without fucking up the pH I mean.

I use bac , you can still get collagen and elastin gains with this . Another user said hes been using it with bac injections since 2019 and still works wonders

Why do you not want to use PBS?
nobody sells it in vials which makes reconstituting ghetto as fuck, unless you have a source. You’d have to dip a needle into an open bottle, not exactly safe bacteria-wise

Might say fuck it and go with bac, a friend of mine is doing that with little injection pain which probably means that there isn’t much free copper. Theoretically the copper nitrogen bonds are pretty stable, just go through a reconstituted batch pretty quick and be super careful with the dark/temperature related rules of handling, also don’t shake the bottle at all

That's the thing, im not sure how long a bottle is safe after opening. I'll try with PBS and see how it goes, at least for a couple of days. ill update you (mainly because i found a really good source for it)

you could just get a fresh bottle each time and reconstitute a vial of ghk cu but the problem comes from the pbs being exposed to open air while you’re pulling it out into your needle for reconstitution

could use a sterile syringe filter every time though

Something like this, actually this one wasn't even sterile but yk what i mean

What do you think @maxmaxxer

Yeah, would still have to expose to open air for a sec while putting that on. Since pbs doesn’t kill bacteria if any dust particles from the air get in they could just multiply.

Probably not insanely likely but depends on your risk tolerance for infection, definitely a lot more likely than bac just not sure.

Unless you get like a 3 inch syringe and can make sure its super sterile, Idk how heat tolerant it is but you can always put it in a vial, put a needle in the top of vial to release air and put it in oven for little bit to kill germs. Common thing with home brewing gear but idk heat tolerance of pbs.

- Sort of why PBS could be better theoretically/in a lab setting for long term storage but not realistically

But personally I don’t want to get that DIY with it.

Would rather just use BAC, should be totally fine if you refrigerate, generally keep dark, and use it up in a few weeks, plus If copper precipitated it would change to a pale blue-green or black, or if it is reduced it’ll look metallic, you’d see visible changes—cloudiness, sediment, or color loss. So you can always just monitor it and you’ll notice if there’s a large change in the peptide.

The original post about BAC vs PBS mentions that a lot of normies using GHK-Cu report infection pain because they’re using BAC, but you have to consider that a lot of normies are probably reconstituting/storing like retards and fucking it up.

TLDR:

Use PBS with high effort and some infection risk for benefits in shelf life and resistance to breakage

or

Use BAC and just store it properly and reconstitute a batch monthly, can always monitor for any visible changes which will show if a large amount of the copper is breaking off. - what I’ll be doing

Thank you for the high effort reply, really nice. PBS is heat tolerant (autoclaving is a common way to sterilize it) but that is way too much effort.

How much do you dilute it when using bac water?

I might just try PBS and if i don't die from sepsis I'll lyk, then I'll try with bac water and compare

It doesn’t matter a crazy amount as far as I can tell, some people say more water makes pain go down since it’s less concentrated but then you have to inject more volume, bit of a trade off.

I ordered a vial of 100mg ghk cu and I’ll reconstitute with 10 ml bac.

Plan on doing 1mg in the morning and 1mg at night. Yes super often, but the half-life is tiny so this should make a huge benefit. In a study on mice when they dosed 10x a day, they got the same effect as 1x a day but with 1/100 the total amount of ghk cu used.

The pain can not be that bad right?
2x a day is crazy, how do you have the willpower for that hahah

Yeah I’ll get it early next week and will update on pain, I have some friends who started it a week or two ago who do a shit ton of gear and say it’s not bad. Have always had crazy high willpower trying to max out, planning hard maxing with surgeries in a couple years after I start a high paying job which I’ve signed an offer for.
