GHK-CU topical solution ?

To cut the story, I'm in Germany and with customs it's tough to get peptides in ( already tried once and got seized ) ; found this topical solution from some french company that have 0.5% GHK-CU and 2% CU CPA.
Saw a couple of threads saying topical might be better if ur targeting a specific area , ae. my face.

Why not I’m not too informed but it can’t hurt and there are studies that prove that topical works

I know it's tough to get an honest answer here but why not ... the bioavailability should in theory be enough - even better than with subcutaneous injcetions because ur applying it directly onto the affected area. Anyways have a good day bro
