well, obv pinning affects you faster, but topical + microneedle takes a while for noticeable results

if you feel more comfortable with topical, then go with that. if not, then go with pinning.

Pinning gives you broader benefits but ghk is the biggest cope ever, the benefits will be barely noticeable if at all for most people. It's better to spend your money on other things.
