Ghkcu or ipamorelin

If i had to choose only one of this what would you recommend me to do first? I do not have bad acne nor physique problems, i have the physique of a normal guy. My question is because i have some acne scars that are kinda ugly, nothing brutal but taking ghkcu would made them disappear and give me clear skin. In the other hand ipamorelin would get me leaner, with a better physique and i have insane proportions for an aeshetic physique ( almost 19 inch bidelt and 65cm waist ( both pics are mine ) so getting a better physique would increase my appeal by alot, and i still have a lot to grow beacuse i weigh 62kg
