I’ve seen people talk about seeing before and afters from them, I’ve also heard people say that none have been shown to the public. If anyone has pics id appreciate a pm or just post to the thread. I ask because I’m currently 17 and unable to consult with them, but I wanna start making general plans before I turn 18.

Me and many users have seen some before and afters, many of them are giga botched, i would think that trusting a surgeon and going conservative would do the best results rather than aggresive designs, also not every surgery will be successful, temple implants will just make you look like a egg.

True all we got was blurred before and after post-op with all the swelling

Giant should publish more results from implants, even if apparently he does show you on discord after you start consulting him

He should offer a basic appointment booking system with available dates and respect it, not accepting random guys picked from his DMs

Best implants I've seen were indeed conservative ones with Pagnoni and Ramieri

Big supras/ infras look uncanny from side even if good from the front

True, and that's why i prefer pagnoni eyes for aesthetics, since every design by him looks somewhat natural compared to the designs by giant (since giant does them way to big), something i also noticed at Pagnoni is that he cares more about the results, i remember when misc got recommended glabella implant while Pagnoni denying it.

My point is that to get a good and natural result, you'll have to know when to say stop and accept what can be done rather than do every surgery possible.

My understanding is that Giant is an implant designer and not a surgeon.
These are serious surgeries and treating a coronal incision like a dare in a truth or dare contest doesn't inspire confidence.

I never said he was good. The whole reason I’m asking for results is to determine that. Just because there’s no evidence of him being good doesn’t mean making stuff up about him being bad is fine either.

You shouldn't gravitate towards celebrity surgeons on this forum. There's no reason to think they're inherently better than anyone else.

Giant is not a surgeon and apparently doesn't even have a medical license. You're better off consulting locally first.
