I'm not questioning his talent, simply his communication and personality are a major issue. If you are paying someone to design implants that are going in your face you deserve clear communication throughout the entire process.

However he is not perfect and nobody is complications happen its surgery, neglecting clients and lying to them does not help.

I definitely think he could have gone for bigger zygos and maybe bigger periorbitals but I guess the patient asked for a very natural look and that’s what he got. I’ve also just seen one pic from the side but I do think it’s good. What do you think is wrong with it ?

Yes I was considering a consultation but first I’ll do rhinoplasty and I don’t have the money for bimax yet. The goal is to be finished before 2030.

I think for bimax or Trimax you can find good surgeons but all the good implant designers usually don’t offer bimax with it (for example eppley). Or at least I haven’t heard of somebody offering quality bimax with implants. Please correct if I’m wrong.

Considering your plan:
I don’t know how much you want to advance the maxilla but midface implants are mandatory in my opinion if you want to do more than like 2-3mm or you will end up with a crocodile face because it will make your midface recessed. It’s also so simple to place them and you can even combine them with the lf1 plates.
Also would consider periorbitals if you don’t have Perfect eyes.
Also if djs would just be for the side consider just getting jaw angles and genio, you’re probably not super recessed and bimax is pretty dangerous and awful to go through.
