In this other set of photos it's plausible, but the before pictures clearly have worse-off conditions than the after photos (taking pictures extremely distorted or at a weird angle below the face, not squinting). We also don't know his age at the time these photos were taken, or his body fat. I could see a reality in which the bones actually haven't changed.

Yeah you don't have much to lose at that point, I've also seen good & bad results.

I think he's a good designer, but he promotes the culture of going all out with surgery too much (which makes sense, because he makes money).

I know somebody that took that to the extreme with Giant, and they ended up with infections & being botched afterwards.

Would only go to him if you need simple implants imo.
