So earlier I measured 16 inches bideltoid which made me feel extremely suicidal. I remeasured today and measured 17.13 which was an improvement. But now I had my dad measure, and he measured 18.5 inches!

That means I’m at 10th percentile. It may not sound great, but it’s way better than I previously thought. Alas, 16 inches is below 1st percentile! This new information motivates me; I shall improve with gymmaxxing!
