This blows my mind tbh
I was able to deadlift 4 plates after couple of sessions back having taken a year and a half off training lower body due to gyms being closed
It also blows my mind that people can respond so well to Roids that they don't need to develop any strength to be able to grow ridiculous amounts of muscle on their frame

Bruh please tell me those plates are kg :lul: that is pretty egregious for how massive he is. That said you can tell he never deadlifts cause his form is fucked. Watch how his ass shoots way up before the bar actually leaves the ground. Which makes sense because deadlift, more than any other excercise, has more to do with training for the movement and training your cns than actually developing muscle, and as this guy proves, the two are fairly unrelated. Also why natty powerlifters can get insane numbers but having a truly insane physique natty is much more rare

bodybuilders are often really strong tho, being able to deadlift, bench, and squat a lot means you can do more volume on your other lifts

Yeah this is legit, I just assumed that doing bodybuilding exercises that got his legs and back to that size would have enough carryover so that he would be able to deadlift 405lbs
I practiced deadlifting in my natty days then stopped doing it because I realized it wasn't gonna do much for muscle building beyond the noob stage but after not practicing the movement pattern for years and allowing my legs to atrophy from no gym access I still managed to lift that weight just based on the natural strength in my body. Maybe his form is badly hampering him

Zyzz made a thread on misc in 09 where he said he deadlifted for the first time since he was a beginner and he was able to lift 5 plates with relative ease

indeed they are generally stronger but the bigger always doesn't mean higher strength.

Powerlifting is cope. The only purposes of lifting are either for athletic performance or aesthetics. If you aren't an athlete then why does it matter if you deadlift 3 plates or 4? What matters is your looks and your health.

I have the same shit bro over for us Arabs. But I barely feel it in other places just hips (feels like left leg is longer when they are the same size ((I measured them))because of a hip imbalance).

I understand what you mean but getting strong is good for building your physique i.e. progressive overload.

Can also make you feel better and increase T, leading to better behaviour/mood.

Overall, building strength in the gym is a good idea while trying to remain safe as possible i.e. Don’t max out on complex movements like a deadlift, not worth it if you aren’t a powerlifter. Also don’t dirty bulk and become a fat fuck.

My diet always been shit but I always had veins and abs and never gained fat

I guess that’s a plus I can eat anything so I’ll never be a fat fuck

Bringing height into it is just semantics, if we focus on the actual topic at hand then strong > weak and muscular > skinny for the same individual.
 
Being good at lifts is often technique, neural pathways and whatnot.
 
It looks more like a romanian or stiff leg deadlift
