Everyone put your plan to looksmax in here so people can learn shit and tell each other what we should add.
Mine:
Skin:
Moisturizer + niacinamide( for redness) - morning and night. Getting Retin a soon and will use when it's not summer cause you're not meant to tan with it.
Also beta carotene, astaxanthin, magnesium, zinc, fish oil.
Sunscreen on days I will go outside for more than 30 min and tan just by hanging out w friends outside on sunny days.
Body:
Lean down to 12% bodyfat while working out, then do lean bulking/cutting cycles. Play sports and box both for fun and cause they'll help me stay lean.
Teeth:
Crest whitening strips and brush 2x/day.
Face (bones and shit):
-Mewing
-Sliding Genioplasty
