I've lost quite a bit of fat recently and still am so that's being handled. Are you saying get a chin implant?

your lower is indeed good. fix your NCT, and nose, you have nothing else to do really, you'll never be a chad but it's so rare anyway, still your life will change a lot.

Above 6 PSL. The scale goes up to 8, but tbh i don't find anybody is a 8, and i have yet to find a 7 IRL. to tell you how rare it is.

height frame only matters if you are above average, if you fix your failo you'll multiply your overall SMV

In that order. Also grow the sides of your hair longer. It’ll bring better balance to your face since you have bigger features like your nose and lips. You could probably consider going to Taban to address your NCT at some point in the future but I wouldn’t do it unless you had the money to throw around.
