Girl keeps trying to meet at different bar?

I set a date for tonight at a bar very close to my place. I always do this so its easy for me to pull them.

She suggested another bar near her work and when I said no, she said ok, then suggested another bar in between us. There is zero chance I will pay for an Uber ($15-20 each way) to meet her.

Is this a bad sign, that shes not DTF, etc? I will prob flake.
