I think the line has to be drawn between what society calls mentally illness and what actually is mental illness.

Real mental illness is like mental retardation(down syndrome) or memory loss etc. In that case yea, youd want to keep your shit together and no thats not pleasantly attractive to anyone but instead legitimately worrying or likely will prevent you from even being in a romantic setting with the opposite sex at all.

All of that other shit is fantasy.

Nah, ocd, schizophrenia, dperession or obsession is not true mental illness to me. To me it can(sometimes)even be a sign of mental health. When i say mental illness I mean actual physical illnesses and lack of mental function. I dont mean working brains developing specific patterns.
