Thats why its better to pretend youre naturally muscular, even if you go to the gym a lot.

That’s why chads or people with a lot of muscle say they don’t work hard for their build but the small guys say they do to feel some sort of pleasure or victimness

And the small guys don’t put in any work but the big guys do and it’s so much that they’ll sound like a try hard and put foids off if they’re realistic
