They don't work out, they're always around the tall muscular HTNs and MTNs. My height 5'10 and my frame is a joke compared to them. My NT levels are really bad. They go to the gym to talk, today they were talking about going to a party and ofc I won't be invited. They are living the normie life while I can't get it because of my genes.

I wish I could be taller, better looking and neurotypical. Instead I'm a loner with 0 friends to hang out with but doesn't matter atleast I'm leaning down and looking better by the time I get to lower bodyfat. I'm also having a hard time to increase my frame as a natty. Yea gym is a mess.

im litterally a gymcel but not jacked and i really dont see how. Ive spent 5 days a week every week for the last 4 years of my life in the gym twice a day and Im still small. There are random nigger that have never lifted bigger than me

Either you aren’t eating enough (protein, calories in general) or you’re eating too much (bodyfat too high.) A lot of bodybuilding is just an illusion, you might weigh 200+ and look like shit in comparison to a guy that’s 170-180 but shredded…

im 165 rightnow. I was 200 last spring, but am stronger now
