I think the reason why some people think they have small dicks despite being >=7" long is because they may have mediocre girth. I myself have a 7.5" BP length but my girth is a completely average 4.75", and sometimes when I hold it it almost feels like I have a pencil in my hand. I can imagine many people with similiar dick proportions feel the same.
