Give advice to 17 YO bloatcell (6'8.5" 257lbs)

I'm trying to see if I can do anything to reach low-mid mtn. I've been on a moderate cut, so I hope weight won't be an issue after a while. I also have family in Turkey so I will probably head over in a few years to get some surgeries. Any advice, racial slurs, etc?

You dont need surgery with that height. Some foids wnat a huge guy like you just lose weight and chill
