Give good LOW CARB meal prep ideas

Preferably with ground beef or chicken, just gimmie some meal prep ideas that i can make for the whole week that have low carbs and high protein obviously
 
Carbs are healthy. Just make sure they are healthy like vegetables and fruit.

I personally haven't come across any studies that show vegetable consumption causes or is associated with any harmful outcomes in humans when consumed as part of a well balanced diet.

If you have come across any evidence, I'd love to see it.

I'm aware of the narratives that plant toxins have an effect on human beings, that outweighs the benefits, but haven't found any evidence.
 
I've got some peri peri sauce I like mixing through ground beef just before it's cooked, grate some cheddar on top, eat with whatever salad you want

Bolognaise..... Minced beef onion carrot celery garlic tin if tomato and about 200ml chicken stock let it cook for an hour. Serve with veg instead of pasta
