I'm not saying avoid the sun completely but definitely avoid long term exposure

Don't have a guide but the best drug you can use for anti ageing is Epitalon.

The biggest cause of ageing is mental stress. Unless you're a drug addict and are sleep deprived all the time.
But physically, anti-ageing is mainly about preventing dehydration.

Alcohol is the strongest commonly consumed dehydrator, which is why alcoholics have dry and wrinkly skin.
People in the past looked a lot older than their own real biological age because drinking was a lot more common in the past.

Heavy smokers (or pack smokers) get wrinkly skin from an excess of nicotine, which slightly inhibits the transportation of blood through the vessels leading to the face. But this is nowhere as bad as alcohol as nicotine doesn't actually dehydrate you and make you piss a lot.

Since now, the people of this generation drink much less alcohol than people from previous generations, I'm optimistic and certain about the fact that this current generation of people will age better and look younger even in old age, compared to people from the 1900s or older.

Eat plenty of ground beef because it contains connective tissue for collagen.

Get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep. Live a stress-free life, even if it means you have to work a low paying job or not raise a huge family which you have to bring food on the table for. The blackpill not many admit is - more responsibilities = less peaceful life.

Exercising is okay in moderation. It's all about not working out for long when your heart rate is high, as that's what causes cortisol to flow and make you lose hair and collagen.

Weight lifting is counterintuitive, especially if you're trying to 'push' yourself to lift more and not listen to your own body. That's why the most buff gymcels and roidheads age horribly.

Can you tell me the best ways to increase blood flow & cause vasodilation. Good for red undertones, flaccid pp etc.

How is sun good for anti-aging

I would say it CAN be good, but it can also be bad. It all depends on how and when u use it.
I would say it's normally good for vitamin d synthesis (uvb triggered), circadian rhythm regulation, nitric oxide release (uva triggered), serotonin boost and infrared (especially in sunrise/sunset light)

I used minoxidil, it didn't affect my blood pressure that much.

Hydralazine is potent, but I haven't used it. Use sildenafil for your own manhood. The natural way I can think of is consuming pomegranate juice or anything rich in magnesium cause it prevents the narrowing of blood vessels.

Use Astaxanthin for red skin undertones, it was discussed a lot on this forum years ago.
