Idk if this is the right place but
I barely don’t eat anything at morning just milk and cereal

I need a good meal for morning guy help

I only eat 1 meal a day and then a big smoothie, usually something i order from uber eats or like something at least 50-60g of protein and clean

4 Eggs, a bowl of porridge with berries, a big glass of milk and rye bread

Thats what I have for breakfast if I have time to do it

Like diluted bitter gourd for me

Make sure to only take about 2-4 oz of beef lifer per week though

6 egg yolks
2 bananas
100g blueberries
Milk

Mix et voila

Hi, a glass of water, some sort of yoghurt, a fruit, and preferably some eggs or if your lazy oatmeal , or if even lazier, granola with whole milk

also ur better off not having breakfast if ur breakfast is gonna be milk and ceral

better to fast and break it with a nutritious meal than to break ur fast with processed sugars

but like others have said just eggs in general

you can never go wrong with scrambled eggs for breakfast

my balding classmate who looks in his 30s only eats junk food
When i mentioned i eat eggs and liver he almost puked

i understand people that get sick of the taste of eggs after repeated consumption cause it does get a bit much at times, but they are so easy to just pound down with literally any tasty 0 cal sauce of ur choosing

people that cant even manage to do that to max their health if they are actively trying to do so its ovahhh

Sadly i hated healthy foods till 20 mostly ate junk

Prolly thats why i developed sub-optimally

No I eat 3 white egg to but only I’m school day and sorry mate I never saw u lol
