for now with the skin issue you could use a color corrector, lavender toned color corrector can help neutralize light yellow tones in the skin, however id def advice u to fix the anemia first, thats most likely the main reason why ur skin is yellow.

i sadly dont know how but , ig ur js very monomorphic, id say maybe u could grow out a little bit of facial hair, something like a goatee would suit you, and def get rid of that facial bloat, ur face looks too puffy
