Man invest in some skincare, is it doesn’t work try something for ur acne like accutane man. Also, grow your hair out I know this is water advice but having longer hair will make ur face look less long. Also bro have u have good brows, so if u do get longer hair dont cover them.

Mltn, I don’t think you have negative canthal tilt, just no under eye support. Skin is pretty bad, mabye invest in acutaine or something.
